  • Has the power to add new officials

• Senior Official

  • An official that is allowed to preside over multi-institutional events, and usually the highest-ranking official in local events

• Local Official

  • An official that is only allowed to preside over local events of their institution

• Trainee Official

  • An official that is in the process of training to become a Local Official.

  • They are only allowed to preside over local events under the supervision of a local official, except when a local official is not readily available, at the discretion of the President.
